Please read through the entire document before submitting your form.

Wild Peach Market provides an outdoor space for vendors to sell goods, products, and/or services. We feature homemade goods, farm-fresh items, boutique products, and more from local makers. The market also occasionally features live musicians, food trucks, and other local talent. We do our best to promote the market and foster a strong community. With your permission, we may post photos of you, your products, and your website or social media pages.

Market Schedule

• Markets are typically held on the last Saturday of each month, except November & December.

• Hours: 5:00–9:00 PM

  November & December Winter Hours: 4:00–8:30 PM


  Vendor Fees & Payments

• Standard 10’x10’ vendor space: $55

• Vendors selling ready-made food: $60 (contact us for food truck pricing)

• Youth under 18: $30, supporting young entrepreneurs.

• Vendors advertising and not selling goods: $30

• Electricity access starts at $5.

  Electricity access for AC & Heating Units is not allowed.

• Fees are non-refundable the week of the market. Pricing is subject to change as we expand amenities.

• Vendors providing free goods or supporting charities are exempt from fees, though donations ($10-30) are encouraged to support future community events.


  
  

  Setup & Logistics

• Setup begins 2 hours before market opening (3:00 PM / 2:00 PM Winter).

• Move vehicles to designated vendor parking once unloaded.

• Notify us before breaking down early; leaving early is discouraged for safety and respect

  to other vendors.

• Bring your own chairs, tables, décor, canopy, etc. Secure tents with weights (no tie-downs).

• Small lights are encouraged during the last hour of the market for visibility and aesthetics.

  Solar/battery and/or string lights can be helpful for visibility under vendor canopies.


  
  

  Vendor Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your own business operations, including permits, licenses, taxes, and transactions.

• Keep your area tidy and respect the grounds. Avoid damaging grass or property.

• Creativity and variety are encouraged! While we prescreen vendors to avoid duplicate products, we cannot guarantee exclusivity.

• You are responsible for your own property and are liable for any theft, damage, or negligence.

• Follow market rules; disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal.


  
  

  Conduct & Safety

• Family-friendly behavior and products only.

• Any minors must remain under your supervision.

• No narcotics, weapons, offensive products, or resale/garage-sale items without approval.

• No smoking or alcohol unless permitted.

• Generators require prior approval.


  Attendance Policies

• No Call / No Show: Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend. Repeated violations may result in being barred from future markets.

• Cancellations: Notify us 7 days in advance for a refund or to move your fee a future market. Fees are non-refundable the week of the market.

• Weather cancellations: We notify all vendors by noon the day of the market if we need to cancel due to weather. Refunds will be issued minus $10 for operational costs.

I acknowledge and agree that I am solely responsible for the operation of my business, including obtaining any required permits, licenses, certifications, insurance, and paying all applicable taxes. I certify that all products and services offered for sale comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards. I am responsible for my products, equipment, inventory, employees, representatives, and all business transactions conducted during the event. I understand that Wild Peach Market, LLC's role is limited to providing event space and event coordination and does not assume responsibility for my business operations, products, services, property, or transactions. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the event, including setup, operation, participation, and teardown, and I agree to be financially responsible for any damage caused by myself, my employees, representatives, equipment, vehicles, displays, or activities. I further grant Wild Peach Market, LLC permission to photograph my booth, products, and participation in the event and to use such images for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

Hold Harmless and Liability Waiver

By submitting this application and participating in any event hosted by Wild Peach Market, LLC, I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wild Peach Market, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, sponsors, venue owners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to:

• My participation in the event;

• My products, services, displays, equipment, vehicles, or property;

• The actions or omissions of myself, my employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, or representatives; or

• Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from my activities or presence at the event.

I understand and agree that Wild Peach Market, LLC shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage to property, personal injury, illness, death, or other incident occurring before, during, or after the event, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Wild Peach Market, LLC.

By signing below, I certify that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions contained in this Vendor Application, Vendor Acknowledgment, Hold Harmless Agreement, and Liability Waiver.
