Open Mic Liability Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement
By submitting this form and participating in the Wild Peach Market Open Mic, I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and may involve risks, including injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation. I agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wild Peach Market LLC and Wild Peach Foundation, its owners, organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and property owners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to my participation in the Open Mic, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the released parties. I understand that my performance may be photographed, recorded, and used by Wild Peach Market for promotional and marketing purposes. By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this Liability Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement.
